Meet the Team..
builder - tom holroyd
Tom has over 20 years experience in the building and construction industry. A qualified Structural Carpenter and Joiner by trade, Tom has worked on multi million dollar developments, both residential and commercial, and brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the building industry.

After owning and operating a successful Carpentry business for 10 years, it was a natural progression for Tom to obtain his builders registration in 2019. He immediately found success with our sister building company, South West Insurance Builders. Tom is an extremely hands on builder who values his relationship with his clients. He prefers to work directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

A dad of two, when he’s not working you’ll often find Tom and his son building things together in the backyard or out on the boat fishing.
office manager - amy holroyd
A successful Builder needs a well-organised and efficient office supporting them. From the moment you entrust Elevation Homes South West to build your home, Amy will be working behind the scenes taking care of the office administration and professional documentation. With over 15 years experience in both construction office management and real estate, Amy is dedicated to providing clients with excellent customer service and a seamless build experience. Building a new home can be a daunting experience if you haven’t done it before.. Amy is always only a phone call away to have a chat or talk you through any of the processes involved. She loves getting out of the office and engaging with our onsite team to ensure everything is on track.
When Amy is not in the office, you’ll find her exploring the beautiful South West with Tom and their two children Reef & Sadie.
DESIGNER - ROD LAKELIN
Rod Lakelin is an expert in residential design and drafting. His passion for modern design shines through to his drawings. With over 20 years experience his knowledge and practicality sets him apart making for a smooth build process on site. He is dedicated to working closely with our clients, for however long it takes, to bring their vision to life and create custom homes tailored to our clients needs.
Tom and Rod have a strong working relationship and work closely together on every built to ensure continuity between the design and construct phases.

When he’s not busy meeting with clients and designing, Rod is an avid cyclist and enjoys riding throughout the beautiful South West.
