Let's Chat!
Lets have a chat so we can get to know each other better. We'll tell you a little more about Elevation Homes South West - our mission, beliefs, processes and how we can help you. Now its your turn.. we will go through all your ideas and what you are wanting to achieve. This can include design ideas, budget, time frame and upgrades etc. By the end of our meeting you will have a rough idea of if we are the right fit for your renovation project.

Initial Design Meeting
Excited about what you’ve heard so far? Great! We will now arrange an obligation-free meeting with our qualified draftsman. At this meeting you can further discuss your ideas, requirements and budget with him directly. Based on your discussion, our designer will then craft concept drawings that bring your ideas to life. Additionally, we can provide an estimation of costs at this stage based on our builders standard specification.

The best part? Our service is entirely free of charge and obligation-free up until this point. So, you can explore your options with us without any commitment.

Professional Documentation
Once you are satisfied with your concept drawing and the estimated renovation cost, we can progress to the professional documentation stage. For a nominal fee we will provide the following, along with further meetings with our designer to fine tune your drawings and include any upgrades.

This fee will be deducted from your build cost if you choose to build with us.

Pricing
We now have the necessary information to provide you with a preliminary construction cost taking into account any upgrades you have made from our builders standard specifications and site costs.

We will schedule meetings for you with our team of local interior specialists. These experts will guide you through the process of making your finishing selections, ensuring that your choices align perfectly with your vision and preferences. All of this information together will the preliminary construction cost will form your final contract price.

Contracts
Now that the design has been finalised including all of your upgrades and material selections, and you are happy with the pricing, we can prepare a full contract and addenda for both parties to sign.
Once with have unconditional finance approval, we can proceed to the next stage.

Approvals
This is where you sit back and relax, while we take care of the applications and approvals behind the scenes. This includes obtaining building certification, home indemnity insurance and applying to council for the building permit.
We will keep you updated along the way so you know exactly how your renovation project is tracking at all times.

Construction
Now the fun begins! It's time to see all of your ideas come to life as construction of your renovation or extension begins. All of the hard work behind the scenes over the previous stages will ensure a seamless construction stage. It really will be worth the wait!
Communication is key to our success and as you will be dealing with the owners themselves, you can rest assured you will be regularly updated on the progress of your renovation project.

Welcome Home
Woo hoo... we did it! The beauty of a timber built renovation or extension is a fast construction time so you have probably reached this stage quicker than expected. Your new home is now ready for you to enjoy.
We conduct a thorough walk through of your home with you going over every detail to ensure everything is working as it should be and you are happy with the final result.

Maintenance
Our relationship doesn't end when we hand you the keys. We value our clients and want you to be as confident in our workmanship as we are. Each home has a 6 month maintenance period and a 6 year structural warranty.
